About Holly
Once upon a time, there lived a 17-year-old who had her whole life ahead of her.
She loved running and flamenco guitar and had plans to be a professional musician.
But, as with any good story, something happened that threw a wrench in her plans: Her body started turning against itself.
That 17-year-old girl was me — Holly Blazina.
My life was turned upside down when I contracted the mono virus — and much more.
Suddenly I was fighting issues I’d never dealt with before, including chronic fatigue, food sensitivities, depression, insomnia, and a host of repetitive strain injuries.
I went from being a creative powerhouse to feeling depleted in every sense of the word.
It was devastating!
Imagine being the version of YOU that feels strong and unstoppable. In order to do that, you need to stop feeling like you’re a prisoner to your digestive system.
You know that eating “right” is the answer (and you try so hard to do that), but you can’t figure out what will fit your lifestyle, your tastebuds, and your tummy.
I believe you should be able to enjoy the food that you eat and that food isn’t JUST fuel for your body. You want food that feeds your mind, body, and soul.
I know what it’s like to want so badly to feel better, but all the advice being thrown at you is either confusing or not for you. It’s so frustrating!
Wouldn’t it be nice to feel like you were on top of things?
Back then, there wasn’t a ton of information on gut health, so I had to figure a lot of it out on my own.
Tapping into the power of my Yoga and Ayurveda training, combined with shifting the beliefs that were keeping me stuck, I was able to take the daily steps I needed to retool my gut health and regain my life — and happiness.
Now, I’ve discovered a new purpose — helping other people overcome gut health issues so they, too, can live life with joy and freedom. (Plus, I finally realized my dream of recording an award-winning debut album that features my original flamenco-style compositions).
I want to help YOU stop being a prisoner to your digestive system and finally become the version of you that feels strong and unstoppable.
